Mission

Texas Coastal Property Owners is a non-profit organization that unites coastal property owners, businesses, and elected servants to create solutions to the complex challenges of coastal stewardship and regulatory pressures.  We advocate for property rights, defend beach access, and push for better coordination among local, state, and federal agencies. By bringing stakeholders together, we work toward practical, solutions that preserve our shared coastal assets.
